The content on this site is provided for information about myPOS ONE and related products. You may not copy, resell or systematically extract content without written permission.

3. Product and service agreements

Use of myPOS ONE, myLedger ONE and any other myPOS software is governed by the separate licence and service agreement signed between myPOS Software Solutions (Pvt) Ltd and the client. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement or amends it.

4. Accuracy

We take care to keep product information current, but features, module availability and specifications may change. Figures quoted on this site describe our installed base and platform targets and are not contractual commitments.

5. Third-party links

The site links to third-party services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, myPOS Software Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
