Project Support Specialist (20 Positions)

We are expanding our support structure and are looking for highly motivated Project Support Specialists with a strong technical background in SQL Server, Windows, cloud computing, and experience in managing POS, ERP, Accounting, and Payroll solutions. As a Project Support Specialist, you will be based in our Colombo office and occasionally work in shifts. This role combines technical support with project management responsibilities, including requirement analysis, project documentation, and preparing training and support materials. You will have the total responsibility of completing projects from inception to sign-off, including providing ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients for POS, ERP, Accounting, and Payroll solutions.

Act as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.

Handle project management tasks, including requirement analysis, project documentation, and preparing training and support materials.
